                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
                   FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, DEEDS JOINTLY WITH HAMILTON
                   COUNTY, TENNESSEE, CONVEYING THE INTEREST OF
                   THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA IN THE JOINTLY-OWNED
                   PARCELS OF BACK TAX PROPERTIES DESCRIBED ON
                   THE LIST ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
                   HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and City Finance Officer 
be
       and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively,
       deeds jointly with Hamilton County, Tennessee, conveying the
       interest of the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, in the
       jointly-owned parcels of real estate described on the list
       attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
